• Due to the nature of direct downloads, returns are not possible and therefore no refunds can be given.

• All payments are processed through Paypal. You do not need to have an account to use Paypal and can still use your credit or debit card.

• Upon completion of a purchase you will receive an expiring download link. The link will expire 24 hours after it is first clicked, so please save the PDF within that time frame. If you missed the download window and need a new link to be sent to you please contact us with your name, email address, and approximate date of purchase.

• If you would like to make a purchase from within the EU follow the link below the “Add to Cart” button to a third-party site and VAT inclusive pricing.

• Every pattern has been edited and tested to ensure quality. Should errata be found you will receive an updated and corrected pattern copy.
